Return & Change Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Refund

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

2. Exchange / Change of Product

• You may request an exchange for the same item or another item of equal value within 14 days.
• Items must remain sealed and in perfect condition.
• If the new item has a price difference, we will adjust the balance accordingly.

3. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Eyelash adhesives
• Lash extensions
• Opened liquids or creams
• Used tools or accessories

4. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
